The Product Manager is responsible for identifying, scoping, and delivering large end to end projects on the Squire platform. You will have the opportunity to engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive of and design innovative consumer products. You thrive through creating a vision, building consensus and driving teams towards results. You will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. The ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner is expected. Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role.


Head of Product


  • Maximize the value of the product.
  • Communicate with customers and other stakeholders to identify needs and requirements.
  • Analyze market and competitors.
  • Elaborates and socializes product vision.
  • Generates consensus for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
  • Creates product documentation.
  • Develops and maintains product roadmap that includes key milestones of product delivery.
  • Defines and describes business epics, clearly expresses product backlog items.
  • Serves as Business Analyst.
  • Works with Data Analyst to drive product reporting to enable data-driven decision making.
  • Serves as Product Owner.
  • Grooms and prioritizes product backlog weekly to best achieve goals.
  • Determines sprint goals together with the engineering team.
  • Explains product backlog content to the engineering team.
  • Tests features for acceptance and makes decision on release,
  • Works with stakeholders from other parts of the org on the go-to-market plan (Marketing, Sales, CS).
  • Monitors business and product metrics.
  • Conducts product overview for newcomers.

  • Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology.
  • Experience with end to end product delivery.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Thrives while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment to define strategy and requirements.
  • Ability to create, align, manage, and deliver complex projects on schedule.
  • Communicate regularly with senior leadership on status, risks, and change control/management.
  • Enjoy building and designing large scale systems with high availability.
  • Strong collaboration and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and an ability for dynamic partnership across departments.
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven.
  • Able to successfully organize, lead and manage large teams of people.
  • Impeccable time management and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and self-sufficient with a strategic mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or related field; MBA/MS preferred but not required. In addition, or in lieu of a degree, add certifications, or years of practical experience in a certain role.
