Manager of Customer Success

We are looking for a skilled, customer-centric servant leader to manage a team responsible for maximizing the value customers get from our product and improving customer retention, expansion, and loyalty.

In this role, you will:

  • Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team of customer success managers who onboard, support, renew, and expand annual contracts with K-12 school and district customers
  • Meet or exceed your team’s quarterly and annual revenue targets while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction
  • Lead through transparency, candid feedback, coaching, pipeline management, and clear expectations
  • Master NoRedInk products and our competitive landscape
  • Report to the Head of Customer Success, iterate on department strategy, collaborate across departments, and help improve our customer lifecycle
  • Exemplify NoRedInk's mission and values

About you:

  • 3+ years of people management experience in sales or customer success
  • 4+ years of quota-carrying sales or customer success experience
  • A proven track record of over-performing in selling/renewing B2B SaaS products
  • Experience using Salesforce and customer engagement solutions like Outreach to forecast and optimize performance
  • You thrive in fast-paced, start-up environments
  • You are at your best when delivering results through others
