Joye Nettles loves technology! A College of Charleston alum, currently working for ThoughtWorks, a global software consultancy, as a Consultant Developer. Joye loves ThoughtWorks because she is challenged day in and day out to discover technical solutions to various business problems with teams of amazing individuals. In addition, she has created her own company, Joye to the World, with the goals of empowering entrepreneurs, changing the face of technology, and igniting “the spark” in my community. When it comes to her industry, Joye is extremely interested in agile methodology, lean startups, and quality software practices like test-driven development. In her spare time, Joye loves to give back to the technical community by attending conferences, giving workshops, speaking, and participating in events.
